Basic but Good

This is plain Vitamin C. Mixing with water makes this easy to take, unless you're like some of my friends who really want pills. Nothing is added in this, so I think the crystals are superior. I wish the crystals were finer so that they would dissolve in water more quickly; I usually swallow the mix before they are dissolved.
